Once you select homes that you'd like to see, she will secure additional information about them and schedule appointments to view them. She will tour as many homes with you as you'd like to see and discuss them with you until a decision is made.

She will negotiate your offer and secure other resources as needed. She will be sure all requirements are met prior to closing and will be with you at the closing table.

Afterwards, she will be available to provide the support you may need to move in to your home and start enjoying your new lifestyle as soon as possible!
