The other reason why this area was so attractive to me was because of the excellent school system and also the low-crime/high safety rate. I have personally owned homes in Tiger Point and in Gulf Breeze proper, raised three daughters and am a member of the Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church. In addition to my girls, my business and my dogs, I am passionate about tennis and really enjoy reading.

Once you select homes that you'd like to see, I will secure additional information about them and schedule appointments to view them. We can tour as many homes as you'd like and discuss them until you have made your decision. I will negotiate your offer and secure other resources as needed. I will be sure all of the requirements are met prior to closing and be with you at the closing table.
